In these conditions, the Buyer means the persons or company to whom this document is addressed.

These conditions form the basis of any contract between the Allgood Technology Limited and the Buyer. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Buyer’s standard conditions of purchase, these conditions shall apply unless expressly agreed in writing by a Director of Allgood Technology Limited.

QUOTATIONS & ESTIMATES

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date thereon and may be withdrawn at any time prior to that date.

Estimates are subject to change at any time up to the acceptance of an order by Allgood Technology.

Issue of a Quotation or Estimate does not oblige Allgood Technology Limited to accept any order.

The Buyer may not cancel an order without the written consent of Allgood Technology Limited. In such cases, Allgood Technology Limited reserves the right to impose a charge to cover any work done in preparation or materials purchased.

All quoted prices exclude packing, carriage and VAT. VAT will be applied to the total order value at the rate ruling on the day of despatch. All packing is non returnable unless agreed otherwise.

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the goods or services ordered are sufficient to meet his purpose.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED MATERIALS

Allgood Technology undertakes to take all reasonable care for the safekeeping of parts and materials supplied by the Buyer. Allgood Technology Limited carries a certain level of goods in trust insurance but as stock levels and values can vary widely, Allgood Technology Limited cannot guarantee that the cover will be sufficient to cover all cases. You are strongly advised to ensure you have adequate cover.

Allgood Technology Limited may (at extra cost) arrange specific job insurance cover providing details are supplied as to value and period of cover required at least one week before cover is required.

DELIVERIES

Despatch of finished goods and collections arranged by Allgood Technology Limited are insured by our carriers standard cover – please note that this may not fully cover the value of your items.

Time of delivery is not, unless agreed in writing, the essence of the contract.

WARRANTIES

The Buyer shall inspect the goods upon receipt and shall within 7 days of receipt, give notice of any grounds on which the Buyer alleges that the goods or service supplied are not in accordance with the contract or defective in material or workmanship.

Allgood Technology Limited will make good by (at our option) repair or replacement of the affected items any item that in proper use is defective as a result of faulty workmanship or parts supplied by the “Seller” for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.

Defective parts must be returned to Allgood Technology Limited and will become our property if replaced.

This condition excludes damage or faults occurring as a result of fair wear and tear, misuse, defective or inadequate maintenance or deficiency of design. The affected items must carry a valid Allgood Technology serial number label for tracing purposes. Unlabelled items are excluded from all warranties.

In all cases, Allgood Technology Limited limits its maximum liability to the value of the parts or services supplied by ourselves. Under no circumstances will Allgood Technology Limited accept any consequential loss arising. All Contracts shall be subject to English Law.
